How to get Feminine Arms
Many women seek slender, sexy arms, as a result of their dieting efforts. This is particularly true during warm weather months when tank tops, bathing suits and short sleeved shirts are the norm.
The development of bulky arm muscles on women through either weightlifting or exercise efforts is unlikely due to the fact that women produce much less muscle building testosterone than men.
However, overeating and lack of cardio exercise may contribute to larger female arms. As with any weight loss regimen, women can slim down their arms with diet and regular exercise.
Step 1
Improve your diet to help slim down overall body fat ratios, including your arms. Pay close attention to the foods and beverages you consume, and include lean proteins like fish and chicken breasts, along with fresh fruits, vegetables, complex carbs and low fat dairy. Eliminate empty calories like candy, cookies, donuts, fruit juices and sodas.
Step 2
Eat frequently throughout the day to keep your metabolism revved up. Five or six small meals daily are more effective at helping your maintain a slender figure than two or three larger meals because you avoid "starvation mode." This is where your body hoards most of your caloric intake out of fear that you may not eat again for awhile. Counteract this excess body fat storage by stabilizing blood sugar levels and suppressing your appetite by consuming several portion controlled meals every day.
Step 3
Develop firmer arms with bench dips, which does not require special equipment, and works all of your major upper body muscles. Sitting on a flat surface with palms face down, walk your legs out until you buttocks are parallel to the floor. Slowly lower your body by bending your arms as low as you can, then push up to starting position. Repeat for three sets of 12-15 reps.
Step 4
Engage in three or four, 45-60 minute cardiovascular sessions per week. Running, bicycling, swimming, elliptical training and cross country skiing, can help to further tone the muscles of the arms, and burn additional fat.
Step 5
Participate in at least two intense interval training cardio sessions, per week. Choose any cardio exercise you enjoy and increase the intensity for 1 to 2 minutes, then sharply decrease it for another 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes to further burn calories and slim and tone your arms.

Strawberry Morning.
Hey all, I have been so long didn't blog. And now I am back again . And yeah strawberry morning becox I m having it now!!! Well I would like to share with you guys more benefits about Strawberry!
You’re not already a fan of strawberries, you should be. Not only are they juicy, summery and delicious, they’re a bona fide superfood, too. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C), strawberries offer a wide range of health benefits, some of which may surprise you. (Wrinkle-prevention? Yes please!). Here are reasons you should add more strawberries to your diet.
Everyone knows that strawberries are delicious. However, did you know just what a nutritional powerhouse they are? Here are eight reasons to include strawberries in your diet.
Diet
One cup of strawberries contains over 13% of the RDA of dietary fiber, yet only 43 calories. The dietary fiber in strawberries helps to keep digestion regular, as well as lowers blood pressure and curbs overeating.
Antioxidants
Strawberries contain a chemical compound called phenols. Anthocyanin, a particular phenol abundantly found in strawberries, lends the rich red color to the fruit. Though anthocyanin is known to have antioxidant properties within the fruit, it is debated as to whether the antioxidant agents in anthocyanin-rich foods can be absorbed into the body once digested. Fortunately, however, it is known that when anthocyanin-rich foods are consumed, the body's uric acid levels increase, which serves as an antioxidant agent.
Anti-Inflammatory
The phenols in strawberries also fight against many inflammatory disorders, such as osteoarthritis, asthma and atherosclerosis, by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX) in the same way that the drugs aspirin and ibuprofen do. Strawberries, however, do not carry unwanted side effects like stomach and intestinal bleeding.
Anti-Cancer The combination of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agents found in strawberries is well-known to fight against the onset of many different forms of cancer. Thanks to the vitamin C, folate, and the flavonoids quercetin and kaempferol that they also contain, strawberries are a delicious defense against potentially cancerous cells.
Healthy Eyes
The Archives of Opthalmology recently published a study in which three or more servings of strawberries (and other fruits) per day can decrease the possibility of contracting age-related macular degeneration by over one-third.
The Vigorous Vitamin C
One cup of strawberries contains an incredible 136% of the RDA of vitamin C, an effective antioxidant that can help lower blood pressure, ensure a healthy immune system, and ward off the development of age-related ocular diseases, such as cataracts and macular degeneration.
Magnificent Manganese
One cup of strawberries contains 21% of manganese, an essential nutrient that acts as a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. By increasing the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the enzyme responsible for protecting mitochonrdria exposed to oxygen, manganese not only helps to fight the battle against free radicals and oxidative stress, but also lessens cellular inflammation -- another cause of numerous cardiovascular diseases.
Bone Health
Manganese is also great for the bones, helping in bone building and maintaining proper bone structure. The potassium, vitamin K, and magnesium in strawberries are also important for bone health!
And that's the reason why I love strawberry !!! :)

DIY- Flower Cleanser
A herbal facial steam is a good way to soften your skin and allows your pores to breathe and release toxins.
Boil 3 cups of water and add 1 tablespoon of calendula, 1 tablespoon of chamomile, 1 tablespoon of raspberry leaves, and 1 tablespoon of peppermint.
After the herbs have seeped for about 10 minutes, use a towel to create a tent over your head and shoulders.
Close your eyes, breathe in deeply and relax!
