Papaya, banana and avocade mask
for dry skin.

This fruit mask will exfoliate, feed and moisturize your skin.

Ingredients:
1/2 Papaya.
1 Banana.
1 Avocado.


Preparation:
Mash the papaya, banana and avocado into a nice smooth paste. Spread this gently and equally with your fingertips on your clean face and neck. Keep the eye area clear.

Now lie down, relax and leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes.

Then wash it off with alternately cold and warm water and end with a splash of cold water. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel and apply a moisturizer.

Winkles Remover

Seedless grapes — one of the ingredients in those big-time, expensive wrinkle creams. All you need to do is cut a grape in half and gently crush it on your face and neck. Make sure that you cover the ‘crows feet’ and the lines around your mouth.

Keep for 20 minutes or so and rinse with tepid water and pat dry. Repeat every day and before you know it those nasty old lines will be hard to find! Don’t forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. And eat veggies rich in Vitamin A, such as carrots, celery and spinach. If you can, get 8 hours of sleep every night.
