100Tips of Lose Weight :)

1) Be careful with hidden sugars.Avoid eating meat with sauce,fat dairy products, butter,sour cream, egges, pastry, sweets, chocolate.Eat fresh vegetables in every form: raw, boiled-in soups.

2) Stay away from alcohol and beer.You may have a glass of red wine a day, but stick to a glass a day.

3) Don’t skip meals, especially breakfast, which has to be the richest meal of the day.In the evening have something light.

4) When craving for something sweet, eat 2 fruits a day but not more.

5) Avoid having snacks in the evening or at night.After 19.00 o’clock stop eating.

6) Keep away from potatoes especially in combination with meat. (Cox potatoes is a type of starch)

7) If you get hungry between meals you may eat fresh vegetables such as :carrots, celery, cucumbers, sweet pepper.

8) Make a short analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of a diet.If the advantages appeal to you more, don’t get discouraged and fight until the end.

9) An easy tip to lift up your spirit is to imagine how you would look if you had the perfect weight and good health.( for myself, I pasted Hyuna Kim's photo attached in my room on my mirror )- cozier wish to hv her sexy figure and skin!!! U may paste ur favorite celebrities in Ur dining area to prevent u from stuffing too much foods. :p wahahaha no joke man.... Is true !!!

10) Stop drinking fizzy synthetic drinks.They are filled with sugar and additifs which are extremelly bad for the health.
