Beauty Foods Tip---Garlic is a miracle food that can combat wrinkles and sagging skin.
Beauty Foods Tip---Sweet potatoes contain lots of vitamin A, which is a remarkable anti-aging and anti-wrinkling vitamin.
Beauty Foods Tip---Eat plenty of tomatoes, which are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium; all are great ingredients for beautiful skin.
Beauty Foods Tip---Eat wheat germ each day to get rid of your pimples. Adding wheat germ to your cereal, yogurt, or cottage cheese can make it tastier.
Beauty Foods Tip---Eat two to three servings of fruits everyday.
Eye Care Tip---To reduce eye swelling, use a metal spoon, hold it under cold running water for a couple minutes, then gently press it onto the skin around your eye.
Eye Care Tip---You can use cool cucumber slices to reduce eye puffiness and dark circles.
Eye Care Tip---A slice of raw potato can be placed under your eyes to reduce dark circles.
Eye Care Tip---Avoid salty foods. They can cause fluid retention and eye puffiness.
Eye Care Tip---Placing a cold black tea bag on each eye for approximately 10 minutes can help reduce eye puffiness.
Eye Care Tip---Slightly elevate your head while sleeping to prevent extra fluid from settling around eyes and making them puffy.
Eye Makeup Tip---Two coats of mascara will generally give enough definition to your eye lashes.
Eye Makeup Tip---Apply two coats of mascara, but make sure to allow the first coat to dry prior to the second coat. This will avoid clumping.
Eye Makeup Tip---Use a dampened Q-tip to remove any mascara that has gotten onto your eyelids.
Eye Makeup Tip---A thin line of eyeliner in black or brown can greatly define your eyes and make them appear brighter.
Eye Makeup Tip---When applying an eyeliner, start from the inside corner of your eye and work outwards toward the outside.
Eye Makeup Tip---All you need is a light application of eyeliner to enhance the beauty of your eyes. Remember not to over do it.
Eye Makeup Tip---Use a good quality eye moisturizer to hydrate the skin around your eyes. This will keep your eyes look healthy and fresh.
Eye Makeup Tip---Use good quality eye creams for the skin around your eyes. Eye creams can help reduce puffiness, dark circles, and wrinkles.
Eye Makeup Tip---Applying fake lashes to the mid to outer lashes can make your eyes appear larger, fuller and more beautiful.
Eye Makeup Tip---Curling your lashes will make your eyes appear wider, healthier, and much more youthful.
Eye Makeup Tip---You can use a hair dryer to heat your eyelash curler. The warmth of the eyelash curler will help curl your lashes more efficiently.
Eye Makeup Tip---Always curl your lashes twice for a more natural and rounded curl. Each curl should take about 30 seconds.
Eye Makeup Tip---If you have blue eyes, use taupe, gray, violet, purple, or deep blue eye shadow.
Eye Makeup Tip---If you have green or hazel eyes, use brown, apricot, purple, plum, deep khaki or forest green eye shadow.
Eyebrows Tip---If you pluck your eyebrows, do so before your bedtime. This way, any redness or swelling can have a chance to go away overnight.
Eyebrows Tip---Never underestimate the power of beautiful eyebrows, as they can greatly enhance your face.
To be continue ...

DIY - Herbs Splash Moisturizer
It is useful for any skin type, and has nourishing, relaxing, and antibacterial properties. This great formula sounds too good to keep to yourself, so use it on yourself and spread the word around. Make small bottles of the splash, tie with ribbons and gift away... also makes great stocking stuffers. It takes only minutes to make and it smells lovely.
Take 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of dried lavender blossoms, 1/4 cup of dried thyme and 1/2 cup of distilled water.
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low heat, simmering, covered, for 30 minutes.
Strain and discard the herbs. Allow vinegar to cool to room temperature, then add distilled water. Store in a dark bottle away from direct heat and light.
To use, pat or splash this mixture on your skin and allow to air dry.

Strawberry Morning.
Hey all, I have been so long didn't blog. And now I am back again . And yeah strawberry morning becox I m having it now!!! Well I would like to share with you guys more benefits about Strawberry!
You’re not already a fan of strawberries, you should be. Not only are they juicy, summery and delicious, they’re a bona fide superfood, too. Nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C), strawberries offer a wide range of health benefits, some of which may surprise you. (Wrinkle-prevention? Yes please!). Here are reasons you should add more strawberries to your diet.
Everyone knows that strawberries are delicious. However, did you know just what a nutritional powerhouse they are? Here are eight reasons to include strawberries in your diet.
Diet
One cup of strawberries contains over 13% of the RDA of dietary fiber, yet only 43 calories. The dietary fiber in strawberries helps to keep digestion regular, as well as lowers blood pressure and curbs overeating.
Antioxidants
Strawberries contain a chemical compound called phenols. Anthocyanin, a particular phenol abundantly found in strawberries, lends the rich red color to the fruit. Though anthocyanin is known to have antioxidant properties within the fruit, it is debated as to whether the antioxidant agents in anthocyanin-rich foods can be absorbed into the body once digested. Fortunately, however, it is known that when anthocyanin-rich foods are consumed, the body's uric acid levels increase, which serves as an antioxidant agent.
Anti-Inflammatory
The phenols in strawberries also fight against many inflammatory disorders, such as osteoarthritis, asthma and atherosclerosis, by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX) in the same way that the drugs aspirin and ibuprofen do. Strawberries, however, do not carry unwanted side effects like stomach and intestinal bleeding.
Anti-Cancer The combination of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agents found in strawberries is well-known to fight against the onset of many different forms of cancer. Thanks to the vitamin C, folate, and the flavonoids quercetin and kaempferol that they also contain, strawberries are a delicious defense against potentially cancerous cells.
Healthy Eyes
The Archives of Opthalmology recently published a study in which three or more servings of strawberries (and other fruits) per day can decrease the possibility of contracting age-related macular degeneration by over one-third.
The Vigorous Vitamin C
One cup of strawberries contains an incredible 136% of the RDA of vitamin C, an effective antioxidant that can help lower blood pressure, ensure a healthy immune system, and ward off the development of age-related ocular diseases, such as cataracts and macular degeneration.
Magnificent Manganese
One cup of strawberries contains 21% of manganese, an essential nutrient that acts as a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. By increasing the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the enzyme responsible for protecting mitochonrdria exposed to oxygen, manganese not only helps to fight the battle against free radicals and oxidative stress, but also lessens cellular inflammation -- another cause of numerous cardiovascular diseases.
Bone Health
Manganese is also great for the bones, helping in bone building and maintaining proper bone structure. The potassium, vitamin K, and magnesium in strawberries are also important for bone health!
And that's the reason why I love strawberry !!! :)

DIY-Peach Toner
Nothing sounds more delicious than peaches and cream, especially when used to describe our skin.
Well, it turns out that peaches and cream can help us get there: cream is an AHA and peaches contain skin-softening enzymes.
Take 2 peaches, peeled and mashed, 1/2 tablespoon of almond or olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of heavy cream. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, mash with a spoon, and then stir well to blend.
Dab the mixture on your face and allow to stay for 10 minutes or so, then rinse with warm water.

DIY- Flower Cleanser
A herbal facial steam is a good way to soften your skin and allows your pores to breathe and release toxins.
Boil 3 cups of water and add 1 tablespoon of calendula, 1 tablespoon of chamomile, 1 tablespoon of raspberry leaves, and 1 tablespoon of peppermint.
After the herbs have seeped for about 10 minutes, use a towel to create a tent over your head and shoulders.
Close your eyes, breathe in deeply and relax!

Story of this sweety Taro ChiHuaHua abandon by owner.
Hi all, My Name is Taro, i am a female long haired Chihuahua, i was dumped/abandon by my previous owner in a paper bag outside a lift lobby.
Biography
Hi All, My name is Taro, i am a long haired female Chihuahua, i know i don't look like one now, but give me some time, i will become the beautiful chihuahua soon. I was estimated by the Vet (Dr Vanessa) to be more then 10 years old.
How did i actually come about having a page on my own, i would like to share abit of a history of what happened. On 29th January 2013, a thursday, at about 5pm, my "owner" actually left took me out of the house, placed me in a plastic bag and onto a Samsung paper bag, didn't much do i know where i would be going, My so called "Owner" left me at a lift lobby in Bukit Panjang Gangsa Road block 170. My "Owner" didn't know that abandonment is a crime in Singapore, and yet my ":owner" left me there. Didn't do i know how to response and react to my "owner"'s action, all i could do was to just sit in the paper bag and awaits for my "owner" . No sign of them for a long time, i was so scare and i was silvering... suddenly i saw this lady with her daughter walking towards my direction, they noticed and saw me. i immediately stood up and wag my tail, what i heard from their conversation was "someone just dumped a dog at the lift lobby, and how could someone does that to a dog" The lady namely Shirlyn carried me out from the bag, she walked around the area trying to look for someone whom has lost me, but there were no sign of anyone.
Shirlyn took me back to her home and gave me a good shower, i suppose i didn't have a shower for the longest time, which was why Shirlyn actually washed me down for a couple of time. During that moment, she can't cope with another additional fur member back home, and didn't she know how to react to such incident, Shirlyn called Auntie Chirsline for help, when auntie Chrisline heard about me, she went shouting, : how could someone do such things to a dog, blar blar blar.." from that moment, she started to post what had happened to me on Facebook, (which was why i decided to get a Facebook for myself ;-) ).
Auntie Chrisline posted on help needed for me and caption on my photo was "Old blind dog was being dumped at Bukit Panjang, help needed for foster and adopter". All of a sudden, it hurts me so badly, i realized that i was being abandon by my "Owner", they don't want me anymore, and how could they do this to me? HOW COULD THEY? My heart broke down and i went into a depressed mode. As i was at Shirlyn's place, all i could do was to hide myself away and i didn't want to see anyone, i was very upset, My "owner doesn't want me because i m old? i am one eye blind? i was having real bad skin problems? i really look unpleasant? what is wrong with them, i have been with them for the longest time, and i really don't know what happened, they just cast me out and dumped me away. From this moment i accepted my fate, nobody wants me, nobody likes me, my life is all upside down. all i could do now is to wait, await for my "owner", but i know that they won't come back.
Auntie Chrisline started sending msg over to her friends, about what had happened to me, and one of her friend namely Mr D, she mentioned to him that her friend had found a chihuahua that was being abandon outside a lift lobby in Bukit panjang, and Auntie Chirsline share my picture on how i was being placed to Mr D, the very next moment, Mr D replied, " i will come and pick her up now". Auntie Chirsline couldn't believe it and was so happy that Mr D is willing to take me in, she informed Shirlyn and had arranged for Mr D to pick me up, after a short while, Mr D appeared and held me in his arms, our story goes on from here...........................................................
Ps: I just hope there is no more animal abuse nomatter in which country. This is really ridiculous .
